• Event location is at the Gaylord Opryland Event Center
•Tickets must be purchased in advance online. No on-site box office.
• Additional fees for parking are not included in admission, and charges will apply.
• Children 3 and under are free with a paid adult admission.
• Children 4-11 require a paid adult admission to attend with them.
• Guest must arrive to attraction entrance at their scheduled time. You may enter the queue line during your 15 minute arrival window, starting at the ticketed time listed. No early or late admission will be permitted.
• ICE! is wheelchair accessible, however the ICE! slides are not.
• Oxygen tanks are not suggested inside the attraction, as functionality may be compromised.
• Guests are encouraged to bring hats and gloves since ICE! is 9 degrees inside. • Use of parkas are provided to all guests, while in ICE!.
• To maintain the quality of the exhibit, touching the sculptures is prohibited.
• Food & Beverage is not allowed inside the attraction.
• Overnight guests are permitted to change or cancel their attraction tickets at no charge up to 5 days prior to the event. For cancel or change requests, please reply to your ticket confirmation email prior to your current event date. Note that modifying your order may affect rates & availability and any balances are due at the time the change is made.
