• Children 3 and under are free. Guests under 18 must attend with a paid adult admission. Every guest over 3 years old must have their own ticket. Example: five guests would have five different ticket QR codes.
• Timed Entry: Guests may enter the ice! queue starting at the exact time listed on their ticket. Early or late admission is not permitted to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
• If You Arrive Late: Please visit the Guest Services window to request a new time slot, based on availability. Guests arriving late for the final time slot of the day may be reassigned to an alternative date.
• Early Arrivals: If you arrive early, we invite you to enjoy our Christmas Store until your scheduled entry time begins.
• Travel & Arrival: Please allow extra travel time. We share a high-traffic access road with our neighboring mall, which may cause delays during peak hours.
• Get in the Spirit: Turn on some Christmas music during your drive and enjoy the festive tunes as you arrive—we can’t wait to welcome you into the Christmas spirit!
• Our immersive Christmas experience, ice! featuring "Home Alone," is kept at approximately 9 degrees. Parkas are provided at the entrance for use through the experience; no personal coat check is available. Warm clothing is recommended.
• Strollers are allowed if they do not impede traffic flow. Side-by-side strollers and wagons (including stroller wagons), whether pushed or pulled, are not permitted. There is no dedicated stoller parking.
• Please do not touch the ice.
• Ice slide ride restrictions: infants, children, or guests unable to walk up the steps may not ride. Children who are able to walk up the stairs on their own but are under 4 years old or shorter than 40" will be allowed on the children's slide only. You must slide one at a time. Slides are not wheelchairs or strollers accessible. Loose articles may not be taken on the slide. Leave loose articles with a nonrider. Footwear suitable for walking on wet, slippery ice surfaces is recommended (bare feet, stocking feet, sandals, slick-soled shoes, high-heeled shoes, and all other footwear that is inappropriate for cold, slippery surfaces, should not be worn on the slide). No standing, laying down, or sliding on your stomach. No sliding head first. Do not walk or climb on the slide or ice at any time. This slide is not recommended if service animals are required, you have heart or breathing difficulties, you had recent surgery of illness, you have muscle or bone problems, you have a fear of heights, you are pregnant, or are an older adult.
