Know Before You Go:
• Event location is the Tennessee Ballroom.
• Additional fees for parking are not included in admission, and charges will apply. 
• Ticket holders are recommended to arrive 15 minutes prior to the show.
• If you have purchased a Show Only ticket, you may enter the ballroom 1 hour after the start time noted.  This is when the entertainment will begin and the dinner portion of the experience will be completed.
• Children 3 and under are free with a paid adult admission, but must have a ticket. Please email ticketconfirmations@gaylordhotels.com to add the ticket after purchase or contact the hotel at 615-889-1000.
• You have a reserved table in the ballroom. Seats around the table are not assigned and are on a first come basis.
• There will be other parties at your table.
• Show length is approximately 120 minutes for the full experience.  Those with Show Only tickets will have a 60 minute experience.
• Overnight guests are permitted to change or cancel their attraction tickets at no charge up to 5 days prior to the event.  For cancel or change requests, please reply to your ticket confirmation email prior to your current event date.  Note that modifying your order may affect rates and availability and any balances are due at the time the change is made.
• Tickets purchased by day guests are non-refundable.  You may be able to exchange your tickets for a different date by responding to your ticket confirmation email.  Requests must be made prior to your current date.  Note that modifying your order may affect rates and availability and any balances are due at the time the change is made.
• For any allergies/dietary restrictions, please advise us by responding to this ticket confirmation email.
• Optional ticket insurance is available for purchase.
• Our resort is cashless throughout your experience.
