Know Before You Go:
• Event location is Tennessee Ballroom.
• Additional fees for parking are not included in admission, and charges will apply.
• Children 3 and under are free with a paid adult admission.
• Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your reserved time.
• Gratuity is automatically included in the ticket price.
• Seating within the ballroom is general admission, with no assigned seating.
• There may be other parties at your table depending on the flow of guests.
• Total experience is 60 minutes.
• The buffet will be available beginning at the time you purchased the buffet for.
• Entertainment will begin 15 minutes after your scheduled time.
• No entry will be allowed more than 30 minutes after the start time.
• Optional ticket insurance is available for purchase.
• Overnight guests are permitted to change or cancel their attraction tickets at no charge up to 5 days prior to the event. For cancel or change requests, please reply to this ticket confirmation email prior to your current event date.
• Tickets purchased by day guests are non-refundable. You may be able to exchange your tickets for a different date by responding to this confirmation email. Your requests must be made prior to your current event date.
