Gaylord Opryland Tickets

• Event location is Pinetop.
• One ticket is equivalent to one bucket of snow.
• Multiple participants may share a bucket of snow if desired.
• Max of 8 tickets per party may be redeemed at one time. Guests with more than 8 tickets will need to reenter the line to redeem the additional tickets.
• All snowballs made should not exceed the dimensions of the thrower’s closed fist.
• All snowballs should be thrown ONLY toward the illuminated tube targets. No snow should be thrown toward any person, guest or attendant.
• Guests must remain in front of the snow counter at all times.
• There is NO standing or sitting on the snow counter.
• Participants should take no action that endangers themselves or other guests.
• Return empty buckets to attraction attendant when finished.
• Attraction attendants have the right to refuse access to patrons if they determine that any of the rules have been violated. Staff may interrupt, stop, or cancel the experience at any time.
• Attraction operations may close or be modified at any time due to inclement weather conditions.
• Report any incident, accident, or injury to venue staff IMMEDIATELY.
• No profane language, obscene or indecent clothing is allowed.
• Please be considerate of others at all times.
• Any person who violates these rules assumes all risk.
• Additional fees for parking are not included in admission, and charges will apply. 
• Optional ticket insurance is available for purchase.
• Overnight guests are permitted to change or cancel their attraction tickets at no charge up to 5 days prior to the event. For cancel or change requests, please reply to this ticket confirmation email prior to your current event date.
• Tickets purchased by day guests are non-refundable. You may be able to exchange your tickets for a different date by responding to this confirmation email. Your requests must be made prior to your current event date.
• Our resort is cashless throughout your experience.
