- Tickets must be purchased in advance online. No on-site box office.
- Tickets are non-refundable. Optional ticket insurance is available for purchase.
- Event location is Pinetop.
- Additional fees for parking are not included in admission, and charges will apply.
- Ticket includes unlimited same-day skating and skates.
- children 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult on the ice rink.
- Skates are required on the rink.
- Bags/handheld items are not permitted on the ice.
- Guests may use their own personal ice skates, if desired, but purchase of admission is still required.
- Skate sizes range from 9 toddler to 13 adult.
- For safety on the ice, a limited amount of Skate Buddies will be available.
