• Tickets must be purchased in advance online.  No on-site box office.
• Additional fees for parking are not included in admission, and charges will apply.

• You may visit at your leisure during the operating hours on the date you purchased your ticket for.
• Ticket is valid for unlimited skating for the date your ticket is purchased for.
• A venue issued wristband is required to enter the ice skating rink and skate prep area.  In accepting admission wristbands, skater agrees to an Assumption of Risk/Release which is printed on the wristband itself.
• Anyone participating in this attraction must have a ticket.  Children 11 and under must be accompanied by a ticketed adult (18+) on the ice rink.
• This attraction has no height requirement.
• Skaters MUST be able to independently support themselves on the ice during the experience, with assistance from another member of their party if needed.
• Skaters MUST know their skating ability and skate within their limits.
• Skates MUST be worn to enter the ice surface.
• This attraction has no weight requirement.
• Guests should not skate if they have any sort of back problem, neck problem, heart conditions, are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or have any other physical conditions that might result in injury.
• Skaters must be ambulatory and able to support themselves on skates. Personal assistive devices are not permitted on the ice surface.
• Skaters are required to have skates, shirt, and be dry to enter the rink.
• Skates are required on the rink.
• Bags/handheld items are not permitted on the ice.
• Guests may use their own personal ice skates, if desired, but purchase of admission is still required.
• Rental skate sizes range from 9 youth to 13 adult.
• Skaters should avoid stopping on ice next to sideboards as beginners need to use this area for support. Beginner skaters should skate along the sideboards.
• No more than two skaters may join hands; chain skating is not permitted.
• No carrying a child, other people, or articles while wearing skates.
• Skaters MUST exit the rink as instructed approximately every 90 minutes for ice resurfacing. 
• Skaters should take no action that endangers themselves or other guests.
• All spectators and skaters assume all inherent risks while participating.
• Skaters skate at their own risk.
• Wristbands are non-transferable.
• Unlimited same-day skating included on purchased ticket date, as long as skater keeps their wristband on and continually follows all Ice Rink Rules.
• Wristbands are required to be worn for re-entry. 
• Wristbands are void once removed and will not be replaced. 
• Non-ticketed guests are NOT permitted in the attraction or skate prep area.
• Guests must follow all announcements by the ice attendants, and the directions of skate-guards on duty must be obeyed at all times.
• No one is permitted on the ice during resurfacing.
• No one is permitted on the ice without skates.
• Please stay on the rubber flooring while wearing ice skates.
• Announcements must be adhered to at all times by skaters.
• NO sitting, climbing, or leaning over the railings or sideboards/dasher-boards.
• NO racing, speed skating, playing tag, or horseplay is allowed.
• NO skating against the flow of traffic, across traffic, or in front of other skaters.
• NO using hockey sticks, pucks, or balls.
• NO jumps, spins, or intricate skating maneuvers.
• No camera or phone usage may take place while skating. Spectators are welcome to stand outside of the attraction and take photos.
• Skaters must follow all safety instructions, precautions, and directives from the staff.
• Overnight guests are permitted to change or cancel their attraction tickets at no charge up to 5 days prior to the event.  For cancel or change requests, please reply to your ticket confirmation email prior to your current event date.
• Tickets purchased by day guests are non-refundable.  You may be able to exchange your tickets for a different date by responding to your ticket confirmation email.  Requests must be made prior to your current event date.
• Optional ticket insurance is available for purchase.
• Our resort is cashless throughout your experience.
