• Event location is in Deltra Atrium.
• Tickets must be purchased in advance online.  No on-site box office.
• Additional fees for parking are not included in admission, and charges will apply. 
• The time noted is the opening time for the event.
• You may visit at your leisure during the operating hours on the date you purchased your ticket for.
• Price paid is per decorating kit, not per person.
• Overnight guests are permitted to change or cancel their attraction tickets at no charge up to 5 days prior to the event.  For cancel or change requests, please reply to your ticket confirmation email prior to your current event date.
• Tickets purchased by day guests are non-refundable.  You may be able to exchange your tickets for a different date by responding to your ticket confirmation email.  Requests must be made prior to your current date.
• Optional ticket insurance is available for purchase.
• Our resort is cashless throughout your experience.
