• Event location is on the resort's Delta Island
• Additional fees for parking are not included in admission, and charges will apply. 
• The time noted is the opening time for the event.
• You may visit at your leisure during the operating hours on the date you purchased your ticket for.
• Children 3 & under are free with a paid adult admission.
• Stroller parking is available in advance of attraction entrance.
• Seating is General Admission as guided by your boat captain.
• Riders must adhere to the boat captain's instructions at all times.
• For your safety, this attraction is ADA accessible, with standard, not motorized wheelchairs.  It cannot accommodate electric/battery powered transport.
• Overnight guests are permitted to change or cancel their attraction tickets at no charge up to 5 days prior to the event.  For cancel or change requests, please reply to your ticket confirmation email prior to your current event date.
• Tickets purchased by day guests are non-refundable.  You may be able to exchange your tickets for a different date by responding to your ticket confirmation email.  Requests must be made prior to your current date.
• Optional ticket insurance is available for purchase.
• Our resort is cashless throughout your experience.
