The only guaranteed access to the SoundWaves Water Experience is by reserving the SoundWaves Water Experience Package.

Day passes may be offered based on availability to other overnight hotel guests on a limited, first-come, first served basis; guests may check availability at the SoundWaves Magnolia desk during their stay.

Guest will need to show print out or Mobile ticket on day of visit at SoundWaves Concierge to receive entry wristband, and to verify that they are a registered guest of the hotel.

Refund Policy: Tickets are refundable up to 7 days prior to your visit. If less than 7 days prior to your visit, tickets are non-refundable. Ticket insurance is available for purchase at checkout.
